At DFit Personal Training, we help our clients get the results they’re looking for through training, support, and accountability. That’s exactly what you’ll get with our 4-Week Back To School Program! Starting with an Initial Goal Setting Session, one of our personal trainers will help you identify some realistic goals to work toward as you move through the program. You also get 2 personal training sessions and 1 Bootcamp group fitness class to help you make progress toward those goals. In addition to all of that, you’ll get to attend our Nutrition Seminar on Saturday 9/23 and get ongoing healthy meal planning help with our nutrition app.
